Welcome! I'm Becca, a master's trained Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a passion for food and nutrition. You will usually find me in the kitchen creating balanced dishes or planning my next meal. 

I work with groups and individuals on making meal time easier and healthier whether it be meal prepping in your home or sitting down and talking about your goals.

1 hour initial consult. One-on-one, in-depth, look at your current practices. You leave with tools and resources to help you meet your goals. In-person or distance options both available.

Station-style meal prepping in your home. Gets the recipe to the point of cooking so all you have to do is cook! Invite 6-8 guests and select 4-6 meals.
